"Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. The treats in the room each day were so nice as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent-- I am a tea drinker and loved the tea station. Thank you for an excellent stay!"

"I made a reservation and paid extra to get a hotel with a Mountain View and balcony at the Matterhorn Inn, and the night before, I was told without warning that they were moving me to their sister property called Hotel Porta Cervino. Our room was downgraded to a room that overlooked the kitchen and dump dumpsters, there was no balcony, and the room was stuffy. Because we were over the kitchen doorway, the cook and other staff from the restaurant, Wood smoke cigarettes, and their smoke would blow into our room if we had the window open. So unfortunately, we had to keep the window closed and deal with the hot, stuffy room. When I asked about the balcony in Mountain View room, they told me that hotel Porta Cervino was a higher rated hotel than the hotel Manor horn in, so they were upgrading me, even though they gave me a basic room. When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t check in, and the restaurant in the hotel was closed until dinner. Our whole day was disappointing, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel nor the hotel Manor Inn, because you would never know what you were going to receive for your money. if you don’t care about your room, and you’re just there to ski, this would be an ideal hotel to stay in, even though I thought it was really pricey for what you were getting."

"I loved this property. They are centrally located in the middle of town. Close to train station (but their shuttle will come get you) and between the two lift locations. I walked each day to the lifts but there is a town shuttle however the walk was beautiful and just as quick. Each evening I enjoyed the onsite hotel tub and spa amenities. There is a wonderful breakfast that is the cherry on top for this property. "

"A very good hybrid of hotel and hostel. And location just across the road from the train station was perfect when travelling by train with luggage. My single room was simple and basic, with shared bathrooms/toilets, but was clean and comfortable. I had some concerns initially but sharing facilites wasnt problematic. A small balcony with a view (sometimes!) of the majestic Matterhorn was great! "
