Great town to base yourself we stayed there for 8 years so we know this . The guest house is beautiful back from the road so very peaceful. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. The room we had was a small double and it was immaculate,clean and had everything you need . Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to eat . You won’t be disappointed

Was curious about Andy Murray's investment in a country hotel. But as I drove up the private road you could see why. It's a lovely secluded residence. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the décor is modern and cosy, and the staff are lovely. A short but very pleasant stay at the hotel. As I was visiting relatives I didn't use all the hotel facilities but the room was large, quiet and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. Breakfast was excellent as I expected.

Booked a short notice overnight stay in one of the upgraded pods. It was very nice with a very nice location. It was really quiet and peaceful. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the staff wee attentive, accomodating and very polite. The food choice wasnt huge but the quality of the food was good. Fabulous hotel for winding down. Could not fault anything. Grounds are wonderful for a relaxing walk. Can't wait to book this hotel again for another weekend break for my husband and I

Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Very large comfortable bed, quite.

Room was great , enjoyed the shower as stayed in other hotels in callander and they were either frozen or no power. Had dinner in bar the food was cooked from scratch and very tasty. Staff are friendly.

I had a lovely experience staying at the Luib Hotel, Nelly and James were fab hosts also down to earth no nonsense folk. Home cooked food was delicious, I had evening meals and Breakfasts. The hotel is on a busy main road however this didn't spoil my stay. My room which looked on to the road was well soundproofed , I had a wee well earned nap in the afternoon without being disturbed. Easily located near Stirling, accommodation is separate from restaurant creating a quiet secure atmosphere. Rooms are clean and perfect for short stay with all you expect in modern hotel.
