"They didn’t have vegetarian sausages for breakfast however we return there many times and that was the first time they didn’t. Scrambled eggs were not good. Normally treat our dog like a wee princess but this time forgot her bed bowl and treats. Got sorted out with management and was very happy with the customer service. All the staff were lovely and will definitely be back again for the 10th stay. Really grateful "

"Lovely views from our loch view room. Breakfast was first class - provided everything you could want. Swimming pool good. Staff friendly. The lady with the red glasses in the breakfast room was so nice and welcoming and cheery. Bar prices a bit expensive. "

"Really nice place to explore the Highlands for a few days. Hotel has everything you need and the village has another nice pub nearby, if you’re looking for alternatives. Quiet location right next to the river. Great value for money."

"Great staff Very warm welcome and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast had a huge variety, always hot and never run out of anything. Very comfortable bed. Could do with a choice of pillows in there room. The sister pillows were also very soft. Yes some of the interior parts of the rooms could do with some TLC, but doesn't take away from a fantastic hotel, spa, golf course and restaurant. They had a large 21st party one night, but that didn't affect us, and could not be heard on the rooms. Little touches were brilliant, we stayed with a dog and they had door signs for the staff whether they could come in or not whilst the dog was in there. Also welcome flavoured water and Scottish Tablet Cannot wait to come back!"
