"Excellent location, right on top of all the shops and a Sainsbury’s 30m away for all your in house needs. Great balcony area which was great and the Netflix and other Roku stations made staying in on a rainy day go by without notice. Good travel links are also on the doorstep. Superb luxury hotel .. right on the Loch yet 20 miles or so from Glasgow . Very top end spot yet totally unpretentious . Lots of restaurants and bars , great well appointed room and a common theme of professional staff in all areas of the hotel . The hotel has beautiful scenic views and gorgeous interior. The staff at this hotel could not have been more welcoming, starting with reception, to house keeping, to the staff at the spa/pool and lastly but not least the restaurant staff. I did, however, have one negative experience which was that I passed out in the spa sauna - the high tempature and my low blood pressure were not a good mix.
