"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some difficulty with getting the toilet to flush and the staff came up to our room and made sure it was functioning properly. They also were able to print our boarding passes for our return flights for us. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of hot or cold foods and drinks. Staying in Sterling allowed us to visit sites in Glasgow, Ayr and Edinburgh. We only had a 30 minute drive to Edinburgh Airport for our return flights to USA."

"Our room was so nice, spacious and very modern. We had a wonderful stay. The only downside was the parking lot was very full because there is also a restaurant on-site, so we had some difficulty parking which was a little frustrating after a long day of travelling - but the friendly staff who helped us check in made up for it. It was also a tiny bit awkward walking through the restaurant to check-in and to get to our room (we had to lug our bags through the dining room) but it was so nice to smell the yummy food as we walked to our room."
