"旅館房間看到的地方尚算整潔, 但床下底有很多塵和頭髮. 不知道首爾的旅館在冬天時間都不會提供空調的遙控是正常嗎? 前枱有很多時都沒有人, Check-in時等了15-20分鐘才有職員回來存放行李; 但當晚安排房間給我後沒有幫我將行李放回我的房間而且還沒有告知我我的行李存放位置, 好讓我找了一段時間. 這個我覺得很不貼心！希望旅館有待改善."
