There was plenty of storage for clothing etc. The room we had was King deluxe, and was on the twelfth floor with a vlear view of the sea. The staff at Reception and dining were professional and friendly, always giving a courteous acknowledgement. This the second time of staying at this hotel, and would fully recommend."

"Welcoming staff, easy to communicate with them in english. Relaxing ambiance in the lobby. Room is great, clean and comfy bed. The area is connected to lotte mall, it is a plus factor for tourist like us who loves shopping. Variety of food cuisine to choose from, branded and designers products are all available in lotte mall. Easy check in and out. Money exchange is also availble thru machine in the lobby. Overall we enjoy our stay and will definitely comeback again if given the chance."
