Stayed twice during my travels that’s how much I loved the location and comfort. Super easy to catch the metro. Lots of food options. Convenience store on the first floor. WASHER MACHINE. Everything was clean and easy. No contact check-in but they communicate pretty early and let you know luggage drop if needed before 4 pm. It could have been better if there's English user manuals for in-house electronics. The wi-fi password was misleading. We arrived at 9pm and the check-in form didn’t recognise my booking number. Luckily live chat was quick and I had an email sent with room details shortly. Overall stay was comfortable and provided amenities like washing detergent and drying rack. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time.
