Our room was on the 16th floor — very clean and well-equipped. It had a washing machine and dryer, a wardrobe with a clothing steamer (though we didn’t use it), and a small kitchen. Every morning, they provided fresh towels and bottled water, which was a nice touch. The only thing to keep in mind is that the location is a bit far from the main beach areas in Busan. Be warned that there are pets around so you will hear the occasional dog barking, but the fact you have your own little kitchen and washing machine/dryer makes it worth it. If you are used to daily room service though, prepare yourself for independence. They deliver/hang new bath mats and bottled water to on your door handle daily but the bedding and towel maintenance is up to you if you are having a short stay (you must give them 24hr notice if you want room service done) Overall though really pleasant and their English was really good. I’ve seen people complain about the location of this hotel, but it’s ideal for tourism. Easy to get to all the tourist attractions within 30 minutes (the attractions tend to be at the extremities of the city, so central is good!) washer/dryer in room, can buy detergent from hotel for W1000\. Lovely and clean, very modern. I choose this hotel since it had a washer dryer and a mini kitchen. However, they will charge you for everything. Early check in is 10,000 won, and 10,000 won to use a plate, glass, fork and knife which were not provided in the kitchen.
