The overall experience was very pleasant. The room was spacious enough for two people, and its modern design enhanced its functionality. It was clean and offered a lovely view. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The only downside was the location, as it is quite far from the night market and the main shopping and dining areas.

The staffs are all very helpful, friendly, accommodating. We got upgraded to a family suite without us asking for an upgrade. The lovely lady at the front desk ( i forgot her name unfortunately) was very nice. I will definitely come back here next time we're in busan. Highly recommended. Thank you so much, Park Hyatt Bisan!

I just want to start off by thanking the helpful staff. We wanted to drop off our luggage before going to the hospital for what turned out to be an emergency surgery. All staff were asking how well he was doing. (They even called a cab for us.) I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in the area. Thanks again to all of the lovely staff members
