Room was relatively clean, with the exception of a few dead bugs in the windows. Room service was slightly disappointing with some items not arriving, and no answer on the phone after to sort it. 10 calls and a voicemail. Breakfast was also disappointing, the cost of £18 per person was very steep especially with very little selection on offer. The highlight to all this that made it a bit better, was Liz who worked at the breakfast station who was very welcoming and apologised for the room service mishap. Her and all the staff we interacted with were all great.
