"When we first got there it was a bit mixed up, a nightmare, but that was down yo me. The lady was very understanding and helpful, it was as if nothing was yo much trouble, friendly staff. "No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "
