"The staff and amenities were awesome. I booked it mainly for the onsen and it did not disappoint. They also had free washers for laundry. You had to pay to dry the clothes but 20 minutes for ¥100 was very affordable. I would definitely stay here again. "

And that calmness permeates into their rooms. The room was clean, nice bed and the shower tub was a decent size. I highly recommend this place if you're in Otaru."
