"We loved the location and the property views and surroundings. We had stayed there 5 years ago, and since then, the hotel has had huge improvements in service and staff. Everything was fast and professional, from check-in, to room service and check out. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Wakatipu Grill restaurant has good food options. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, however, the only thing I would change is the duvet on the bed, that had fitted corners, which is not our personal preference and affects our comfort. But it is too minor. The hotel also has a ski hire spot which we didn't know about. We will make sure to use it next time. We would definitely go back. "

"Once again this is my third stay here and it’s all about location and view. This time got the suite with balcony and that’s a game changer, taking in the amazing view through a window is nice but sitting outside taking in the cool clean air is worth the extra money. I still believe the whole place is in need of some serious updating but is very clean and staff amazing. Food options still not great. But would be happy to stay here again "
