I found the pillows a bit soft so I asked for a hard one (they put a card in the room advising you can do this!) and it was perfect. The staff were really polite and helpful. "I really liked staying at Hampton. The room was very clean and quiet. Checking in was a breeze as was checkout. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty to choose from. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the airport. It is doable but the sidewalk is made out of brick and the wheels on your suitcase take a beating from the surface. There is a shuttle to the hotel for 15 złoty."
