Great location, beautiful artwork, facilities of a 5 star hotel in a homely guest house. Local produce at breakfast and a well stocked honesty bar. Hosts are attentive and lots of information for travellers. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely amazing and stunning accommodation. Everything here is perfect, from the interior to the hot tub, to the glorious views. When we walked in for a 3 night stay, we immediately booked a further night We will deffo be booking up for a full week next year Thankyou for such a wonderful stay

Very welcoming staff, lovely setting and food

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was well presented and delicious . The room was spotless, bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Visited Birchwood Pitlochry for a cycle sportive. The hosts were very friendly, 5am breakfast made available for participants in the sportive. Birchwood Pitlochry is a fantastic place to stay, close to the town centre and a walking distance to the town centre.

Made very welcome from owners and staff. Good food and friendly atmosphere.

Firstly, the hotel is very good and the staff are friendly. The biggest down side is the Spa, which doesn't quite live up to the 5 star experience. The Spa is clean, and its staff are friendly and knowledgable, however, the change rooms are tiny and the pool lacks atmosphere.

An excellent hotel with character, class, and great service. I can understand why The Balmoral Hotel is such a famous place to stay when visiting Edinburgh.

The staff are exceptionally good and friendly

Lovely boutique hotel, intimate dining room with nice food. Very attentive, friendly management and staff

It would have been a little difficult for an elderly person to have walked into the town and back as the hotel was located up a fairly steep hill, otherwise there there were no drawbacks and it's relative isolation from the town meant it was in a very quiet location. All in all an excellent experience.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Hotel. The staff were great, breakfast and dinner were really good and the bar was a great place to sit and have a quiet drink

Had a wonderful weekend stay in a beautiful peaceful tranquil location. Beautiful room with spectacular views and slept exceptionally well. Our host Rachel provided us with fantastic suggestions on where to go and what to do which made our stay all the better. Would definitely go back.

Brilliant stay at The Tower, would highly recommend. Check in was easy and the gentleman who checked me in showed me to my room, offered to take my bags, and explained everything in detail. Very well mannered and a credit to your hotel! Room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and the kitchenette set up was a welcome surprise. It was a very comfortable room to stay in. My room had fantastic views with functional sash and case windows looking out into the countryside, and it was a generally...
