We interacted w 2 people at check-in. 1 was good but didn’t give a lot of information. Concierge was pushy and rude. Due to weather, we were unable to utilize the pools but they looked gorgeous, as did the property. Based on overall experience, I would stay again."

"Definitely not what I expected from a Ramada hotel property. It was more of a "short stay" motel type of rooms. After hours of going back and forth between Expedia and the Ramada staff, I was finally compensated to a better room at the "tower section" which actually has an elevator. In the other section of the property, you will be expected to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if your room is on the second floor. I will never stay at this property again!"
