Didn't know that until I got there. The furniture is nice, but dated like 15 to 20 years, couches are newer, TV's really small in rooms, nice large TV in the main living area. The fridge did NOT have a ice maker :( The basic kitchen home wares were good, glasses, plates silverware. I didn't cook so I don't know if all pots and pans where there or the oven worked. If they did a few changes, like new bathrooms #1, fridge with ice maker, it would be 4 star, can't do much about the garage so I could never give it 5 starts. We had an amazing time staying at a 3 bed villa in the Legacy Park area. The villa was so well equipped and the private pool was wonderful day or night. The whole villa was exceptionally clean and I didn't mind keeping it in the condition we found it in- it is someone's home after all. Tiny grip was the lack of wifi instructions- didn't get access the whole week and I think the mattresses on the beds need replacing as they were all very squeaky. Die erste Nacht in einem der Schlafzimmer nicht gut geschlafen, da dort ständig etwas piepste. Das konnte aber am nächsten Tag abgestellt werden. Das Haus war gut zu finden und größer als angemietet (kostenfreies upgrade). Die Benutzung der Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist etwas limitiert; aber man kann ja in der Maschine waschen und trocknen. Der Aufenthalt im Freien in der Pool-Area ist sehr angenehm, da komplett durch ein feinmaschiges Fliegengitter umgeben; sehr wirksam. Das Haus war recht komfortabel mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Mit dem Auto nach Orlando ca. 25 Minuten Fahrzeit. Ein Auto sollte man aber unbedingt haben; öffentl. Verkehrsmittel sind eher weit ab und umständlich. Our one and only recommendation would be to consider the comfortability of the beds. The master suite bed was very hard and left us stiff and sore making it hard to get going in the morning. Other than that the home was perfect. The pool was wonderful every night to unwind after a day at the parks. Nice location, loved the daily visit from a pair of cranes that would greet us every morning. We spent out Christmas and New Year at this home and we would again in a heartbeat. The house was beautiful, pool was just the right size and had all the amenities we could ask for. Having a washer and dryer made it easy for us to pack light. Only troubles were, the pillows are so flat, we bought some new pillows and left them there for future guests. The pool heat wasn't working for a couple of days, but we mentioned the problem to the management and it was promptly resolved, along with a partial refund for our troubles. However, the stove door didn't close properly and two of the stove top elements did not work. Only a 'starter' amount of toilet paper was provided which doesn't help when you run out while still on the toilet. On check out we were told to wash towels but they didn't provide laundry detergent. They charge $25 per day for the games room and $30 per day for heated pool water. For seven days this would be an extra $385\. Luckily we didn't add them to our rental and in the end it was a good thing because they were already provided. This is the second time we have used Florida Vacation Villas for our stay in Orlando and again they didn't disappoint. When we e-mailed them to confirm our stay DeAnna was so helpful and arranged for us to stay in the same villa as last year, which made our holiday. The villa was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable with a fantastic pool. It's location is fab, next to all attractions and within easy reach of all main roads. The service received from DeAnna from Holiday Vacations was exemplary when arranging our villa booking and no request was too much trouble. We would definitely book again and have no hesitation in recommending them. The rooms were spacious and the villa came with wi-fi which made it easy for us to book restaurants and fast passes for Disney. It took about about half an hour to get to Disney. Our villa was in Loma Bonita Drive, easy to get to from the airport and not far away from any of the area attractions. The pool was solar powered so felt very warm which is not always what you want on a hot day. The pool area was really comfortable and we had all our meals outside. The kitchen had everything you needed, the bedrooms were great for a family of four as we all felt we had our own space. The bed in the main bedroom was on the small side by American standards but was very comfortable. We had a problem with a wasps nest outside our villa and I rung the management company in the morning and by the time we came back from a day at Universal the nest had been removed so very impressive service. I think having to leave at 10.00 am on the day of the departure is a bit difficult, especially for UK visitors as most flights are in the afternoon, but I suppose they need to get the villa cleaned for the next visitors.
