"Lovely, spacious, super clean room. Friendly and efficient staff, both day and night shift. Loved the Mother's Day lobby decorations. Nice, tasty breakfast. All in all, had a great, memorable holiday stay at this convenient to I95 and Palm Bay sights hotel. Thank you!"

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I went to get breakfast at 8:30 and there was nothing out. The bedside lights did not work. We book a stay 2 or 3 times a year, when taking my grandson to college. We like this location because there is a larger choices of places to eat and Walmart is close to get what my Grandson needs for his dorm. Would recommend. "

"The room was well kept & clean but had a really strong smell of Mold for some odd reason. My husband & i tried to see where the mold was coming from but no signs physically showing. The hotel itself was definitely quiet & family friendly. Would maybe consider to go back when visiting Melbourne again."

"This home is a dream for families traveling together. We had so much space in the house. Everyone loved having their own space to unwind but then we were able to come together for meals, games, and swimming. The playroom was a truly magical experience for my granddaughter. She stayed in there playing the entire time we were in the house. We spent an entire day at the resort pool. Our whole group was there for a single 35 resort fee. There was an enormous pool, a waterslide, and lazy river. The cafe at the pool was perfect for lunch, allowing us to relax and not have to leave the pool area. The host checked in with us frequently to make sure we were ok. There was a small hiccup with a door latch that wasn’t working but as soon as I texted the host, they sent someone right away and it was fixed in just a few minutes. We had way more room than we needed but we didn’t mind because everyone had such a great time!No ridiculous checkout procedures, easiest access instructions of any vacation rental we’ve ever done. Overall- 10/10!"

"Breakfast bar was good with a decent selection. Onsite restaurant (the reason we picked this hotel) and bar were a joke, the girls tried hard but only could make 1 sandwich and a hamburger and the bar was closed."
