Tiffany who helped check us into the movie hotel was really professional and hospitable. She answered all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm. She also gave me and my family some valuable information regarding some helpful travel suggestions and tips while visiting the Disney worlds grounds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Buses run every 30 min, and you get a free pass to Disney typhoon when checking in, so that was a plus. Only down side is that there’s not much availability for late check out, although they allow you to leave your bags in the front and enjoy the hotel amenities after check out. So all in all we had a great time. Kids loved it and I would definitely recommend.

The property was nice and clean however, the staff is not as friendly as I remember years ago. I ordered a pizza which was $12 which was ice cold when I told the person it’s cold she told me welcome to Disney. I was traveling with little kids and they wouldn’t even help us get a cart to bring our luggage. Every time I expect directions, they pointed and said go over there and went back to work. The food is over priced and mediocre. I was taking the shuttle to Epcot there was one family online. I was running with three little kids to catch the bus and they said I can just go in front of them being I had to put a stroller down. The bus driver told me go back in line and then come back again. There is nobody there. She saw me struggling to put shoulder stroller down. I had a two year-old kid. She was screaming at me in a very nasty way in front of my kids. I ignored her and kept walking to sit down. I went to grab a drink at the bar while my kids was in the pool. I came back with the drinks and the lifeguard told me to go drink by the bushes. Why have a bar in the pool and then make people uncomfortable to drink. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this property . I work hard for my money and I don’t want to be treated this way. I do not recommend this for a single mother for children.

This is a good hotel if you plan to spend a lot of time at the Disney parks. The included transportation is the best perk as well as the magical extras discount you get for booking the hotel as well as the tickets. The staff were incredibly nice and very helpful. The All Stars Music resort is in walking distance and for some rooms, closer than the All Stars Movies transportation station, so we often used the Music's facilities. The food is okay, but a little pricey. The hotel is certainly starting to feel older as a lot of the theming is from much older movies from Disney. The room itself was okay. The bed was nice, but the floors were oddly uneven. Showers were clean but the water pressure was a bit weak.
