Even after maintenance came the water still would not drain we could not shower. I asked the staff for another room to shower in and was told they had no other rooms. Asked to speak to the manager Sam. I was told he was not in I requested he call me waited all day no call from him. Went back into the office the next day and asked to speak to Sam The manager again was told he was not in. Requested he call me again waited 7 hours still no call from him. I finally had to call them and was told by Nikki that Sam was in but that he was busy. I said to place me on hold I would wait to talk to him. He did not come on the phone Nikki came back on the line and said that she would help me even though 2 employees I had already talked to said they could not help me that I had to talk to Sam. My opinion of Sam is that he absolutely does not care about his Patrons and hides behind his employees so he does not have to speak to his patrons.
