"They removed the coffee makers from the rooms. There are no coffee makers in any room so for me my mom I come with my son and I love coffee. I actually preferred this hotel because they had Keurigs in the rooms. But recently they decided they will no longer offer this amenity so if I wanted a cup of coffee, I have to pay seven dollars plus tip at their little café that closes at noon, or the restaurant that closes at 8:30 PM. Also, one thing that made this place special with the room service you can put your tag on your door and they deliver your coffee and pastries or your breakfast in the morning. That is also gone. Also Snoopy does not come here. The hotel actually has nothing to do with Snoopy anymore, which is fine. It’s still wonderful hotel. and they always seem to get the one at the very end of the hallway. I’m just disappointed. I really appreciate the shuttle.they have to Disney. The rooms are clean. The bedding is really nice and the staff is always kind and helpful."

"My room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The rose garden, even though excessively decorated for Halloween, was a very pleasant spot in which to have my morning coffee. The coffee provided wasn't great. However the shuttle service to Disneyland was! All of the drivers I encountered were pleasant and helpful, some even playful. My only real issue was with the shower curtain. It was too short (or hung too high), and didn't stay inside the tub, so a shower resulted in a pond on the bathroom floor. It made for a slippery floor and was a nuisance to clean up. Another guest mentioned her room had the same problem."
