"Got put in the back housing where the concrete walls were never finished and the coaster train was not more the 25 ft from the window of our room and the coaster ran all hours of the night keeping us up everytime it passed by the building. floors were carpeted but had never been shampood at all washed our feet off and made a wash rag completely black from how dirty the floors were in the rooms."

"Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. I was assigned Hotel Room 125 & as soon as I opened the door, it was warm and overly stuffy with a strong smell of dirty/old carpet. To my left was a stove in the kitchenette with a rusted large scratch at the bottom that they covered up poorly with white plaster, the electric stove had a ring of dirty residue. In the restroom, there was a lot of dust in the shelves where they had (hopefully clean towels). The mirror had cracks with rust along the bottom & a yellow dirty ring in the tub. Along the white border of the floor was dirt. Carpet was dirty as well. Nightstand was not clean. I immediately called Expedia and spoke to the hotel attendant to return my key as I could not stay there. I kindly asked for a cancellation & refund & I was told no managers were available until 5/26. They are the only ones that can approve the refund. I clarified as it is strange to have no escalation process but she stated no one was available until 5/26. On 5/25 I was told my request was denied. Very dishonest. Poor customer service. Still have not gotten a call from a manager to address my concerns."

"No shampoo or conditioner provided. I was kind of counting on that. Not enough towels. Not enough pillows. Pool area was nice but canopy’s were ripped and moldy. Getting to the 2nd floor was easy but then had to drag my bags down 5 stairs to my room. It was an okay place to crash for a night if you are looking for quick stay from the airport though."
