The rooms and beds and furnishings are worn and in desperate need of refurbishing. As soon as you open the hotel room door it smells of old musty carpet. The carpet is old and grungy along with the curtains. I had red eyes and and stuffy nose and throat due to the heavy dust in the room. I had room 217 overlooking the roof of lobby so view was a roof. Window can barely crack open so no fresh air could even get in. Paying $350 per night for this was unacceptable and a crime. I spent so much time outside in the pool and patio area because that was the only clean areas with no dust. I spent most time in my bathroom as that was the only non-musty snelling place. Very disappointed & wish I never booked here. I just moved to the hyatt regency irvine for only $260 per night snd everything is new and clean and wish I couldve left earlier but they insisted a $450 early departure charge! Dont hesitate hyatt regency irvine is top notch as they fully renovated the entire property. I would never stay at courtyard spectrum irvine ever again and was truly disappointed for the price I paid. The pool was good, the self serve laundry and gym and parking was fine. Starbucks so-so., the front desk fine Overall it was a bad 4 nights there and please Take your money elsewhere. Im 100 x happier here at Hyatt Regency Irvine! Manager Princess at Hyatt is great.

Friendly staff with walking distance to the Spectrum it’s a great location. They need to put spare toilet paper in the bathrooms because I ran out. Luckily I brought my own.

I had reservations at the Courtyard Irvine spectrum for one night. Unfortunately, I was not able to check in because both of my children fell ill with Covid. After calling Expedia and the hotel, and speaking to the manager Carlos, he informed me that having children with Covid is not an acceptable excuse for a refund and he was unwilling to make an exception and refund my one night stay. I don’t know anyone who would want to travel with sick children, and I don’t know of any hotel managers who would think that that is not an acceptable reason to not travel and would want me to show up with sick children and infect all the other hotel guests. Apparently, Marriott has hired unsympathetic humans to run their branches and I find that to be very disappointing.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here overall. I had paid for breakfast to be included, but later found out at arrival that the breakfast is not included so I was disappointed about that as that was additional funds that were wasted. I was also disappointed at finding out there was no safe in our room as well, as this is typically a feature included at other hotels. Parking was fine but sometimes it was a challenge to find parking, and it was tedious having to scan the card at entry and exit. The location is great though as it is only 5 mins away from the Irvine Spectrum where my partner and I enjoy spending time. The room was clean, the bathroom was very lovely. The staff are also very kind and helpful. This hotel is also only 20 mins away from Disneyland which is nice. I would stay here again.

Upton arrival, the parking was easy and safe. Check in was easy and fast. Staff were extremely friendly and informative about the facility and amenities. Even threw in some treats for my birthday. The atmosphere and environment was quiet and welcoming. Not only would i return, i would refer to friends and family.

The staff was so friendly! Very accommodating and very helpful! Jesse one of the staff memebers gave is a complimentery shuttle ride to the spectrum and he was so friendly professional and made us feel very welcomed. The property was also clean! Pool was nice and fireplace was so nice
