"At 2 degrees at night they keep the heaters off. When asked they bring a small heater in the room. Paying 200 usd for night and not having heater in the room is pure cheating!!!! Management should look into this! "

"The location is excellent and very close to the Lakefront in Bergen and central station is 10 minutes walk as well. The breakfast was a 10/10 with lots of healthy varieties of fruits, smoothies, oat porridges and of course all other varieties typically available in a continental breakfast. "If you are not expecting the Ritz but want affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation this fits the bill. Right in the heart of the city, with two excellent restaurants attached, it suited us perfectly. The staff were helpful (particularly when the automated check-in wanted to charge us again - our only grumble!). Comfort, not luxury, and not too many frills but absolutely adequate, and we would certainly return."

As it was raining we had to sit around for hours. I know it is policy but this hotel does get a lot of business off the cruise lines and should rethink how to cater for early arrivals. People would be willing to pay for an early checkin."
