"Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps? "

How much is comfort and convenience worth when you only need lodging for one night between flights? The service and food at the restaurants was top notch and we took advantage of the gym, sauna and pool area as well as outdoor dining for a lovely stay that sent us on our lengthy flight later the next day well rested and relaxed. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ferries and other activity outside was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. Having the early morning airport shuttle was a help. We would recommend a stay here."
