Art Villa Takira attractively situated in Marousi - one of the most prestigious areas of Athens. 11 km from the centre of Athens.   
The location is very nice and quiet. The property features garden views. Composed of 1 bedroom, 1 big living room, and 1 bathroom with a bath and a shower. At the living room of villa features a satellite flat-screen TV and DVD player. There is a dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. Art Villa Takira surrounded by a large garden with green lawns, flowers and palm trees, covered chill out area with TV, stereo, table and 2 sofas. Also there is veranda with a table and chairs and a large sun umbrella. B-B-Q and outdoor children swimming pool. Free parking.   
Olympic Stadium - O.A.K.A is 2.5 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Elefthérios Venizélos Airport, 27 km from Art Villa Takira. The big shopping Mall in 1.5 km, mini market in 100 meters. Exhibition center HELEXPO 1,5 km. METRO station Marousi - 1 km. Free Shuttle Bus to the METRO in front of the Villa. The Municipal Swimming Pool with two Tennis Courts and two indoor Basketball courts, the Spyros Louise Gym and the St. Thomas Gym are all year round sports and leisure hives.
