We checked in at 5 pm, told them we needed to reserve space on the 7:30 am shuttle and were told it was full, as was the 6:30 am shuttle, but we could go at 5:30! A large airport hotel with a shuttle that runs once an hour and apparently was small. So another taxi- 30E! When we checked out another man had called a taxi because he also could not use the shuttle."
