"ホテルの送迎付きにしました！空港からも近いです！飛行機が予定より早く着き、迎えの車が来てなくて探していたら、一人のタクシー運転手に、君のホテルは遠いからホテルの送迎は来れないよ！だから僕が送ってあげる！と言われ不安になりましたが、5分後くらいにちゃんと迎えが来ました…笑 騙されないようにして下さい^\_^; ホテルは予約後のメール対応も早く、到着後のスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。Eバイクをホテルで借りて、辺りを観光しました！ホテルの食事も美味しかったです！レストランは屋外でディナーの時途中で蚊が気になって部屋で食べてもいいか？と聞くと快く運んでくれました！誰もがフレンドリーですごく気持ちよく滞在できました！お部屋も広く綺麗に清掃されていたし大満足でした(^^)"

"Magnificent traditional hotel overlooking Inle lake. Serene and calm. Staff were smiley, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The gardens and estate were immaculate. A massage at the spa was worth every penny. Food was delicious and varied. Attention to detail second to none. And I so wish I could stay at the Chatrium again in the future, because pretty much everything was perfect. The only problem is some highly inappropriate material displayed in the main reception area, and so in good conscience I cannot ever stay at this fine hotel in the future. We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old.
