very clean and comfortable place onYangon, downstair have market place and mall, easy to find something for meal.

The location was great, great price, nice rooftop bar, nice staff. Only bad thing we’re the beds were very hard.

Really nice hotel. A little bit expensive for what you get, especially given there aren't many facilities in the hotel, but liked it anyway. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They spray the whole hotel and rooms with mosquito spray, which was a really nice touch. Room was really nice and as per the pictures. OK breakfast. About a 10-15 minute walk to the main town centre in Inle.

A lovely little resort with very attentive staff who do there utmost to be as helpful as possible. Be prepared for chilly evenings and a chilly pool, although the view over the lakes are stunning ( better from some cabins than others) ensure you get out and about and see what it is all about, the locals are friendly and currently do not regard tourists as something to rip off. My friend who has restaurant 1 mile form hotel recomended it for me and i was really pleased. Clean room, clean bath, comfortable bed, nice view from room in the morning... what else do you need... 5 STAR RECOMMEND

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a nice outlook over the city and the buffet breakfast was good.The rooms were a good size and for the price it was excellent value for money. Our flight from Yangon was very early in the morning and when we left we found that the staff had left us each a packed breakfast for our journey which was very thoughtful.

I went to Yangon for work and this hotel was very well located, close enough to the centre but far from all the noise and crowds. the room was great and the staff one of the most friendliest I have met. The food was good (I missed some brown bread, but nothing else).

The hotel is in a nice location with a 7-11 type shop nearby. Its a short (very cheap) taxi ride to all the main attractions, restaurants and the bars of 19th street. The decor of the hotel is nice and the rooms are of a decent size with large beds and nice bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh towels being delivered. Super friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast buffet and a well equipped room, this is a good choice for the bustle of downtown Yangon. A bit noisy given the location but this is probably common for most, if not all, downtown hotels. With earplugs it was fine. I stayed here on three separate occasions and would do so again. Strong wifi too.

A gem that's all I can say . The river view bungalows were a little dated but clean although drafty .The wifi was touch and go but fast in the lounge area .The river views were so peaceful and relaxing .The hotel staff super helpful and friendly.Meals were surprisingly tasty and well prepared .On the return journey we booked a superior deluxe room above the entrance and it was recently refurbished very large and had great wifi .Definitely would book this hotel again .

Wonderful good value budget hotel with friendly staff and an awesome rooftop breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Tv had about 18 channels, a few of which were western including a movies and news channel. Large free bottled water left for each guest. Coffee & tea making facilities with kettle and cups in the room which is a must for us. Wifi worked ok most of the time. Wonderful buffet breakfast on the rooftop with great views over Yangon. Not bad. Can consider. Good location. Have a decent restaurant. Rooms clean and have a bath tub.
