Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh. It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only. "

"It was a good stay. I've stayed at a competitor, about a block away, 4 times, but will be switching to here from now on. We were given connecting rooms, which was great for our situation. My request for a close room for the two handicapped individuals was honored too. I guess my suggestions would be... allow the room temp to be lower and constant fan for white noise to sleep, and a bin for recycling in the rooms for eco-friendliness. There is a shuttle to the mall, which is great."
