"We really enjoyed our work/play stay at this hotel. The staff was the best thing about our stay—always kind and helpful. A communication error required the shuttle driver to return and pick us up to take us to the Mall, and he was so courteous and warmly conversational with us as he drove us through the terrible traffic to the Mall. Huge shout out to him! But all of the staff was fantastic. The decor was dated and the hotel is not brand new, but the staff, cleanliness, and peacefulness at the property overcomes all of that. We would stay here again. "

"We so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. I’m always a fan of rooms that don’t have carpet just for the cleanliness especially with a toddler/baby. The pool was fantastic and our son had an absolute blast in their little water park. We came up for his birthday weekend and will definitely consider this location in future years!"
