The rooms were a little on the small side. The lobby had a large area with a small pool table and a foosball table and a large monitor wall so we were able to watch Wild and Frost games on a super large screen. We stayed as part of a group and this lobby area was a hit with the kids.

Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin.

It was clean, the temperature was easily controlled (and the fan wasn't noisy), the bed and pillows were super comfy, and it was a good price. Nice people at the desk. Breakfast was good too. The staff here before I start my review are excellent everyone who worked here from front desk to the maintenance team were so friendly. Now to the room when I immediately walked in everything looked perfect. Until you started actually looking. The wood on the bedframe had hand streaks and marks with blood? Toilet had the pink mold which, yuck. Carpet was gross. Th3 room could use a deep clean. Beds were exceptional and so were the pillows. Free packing was fabulous. Pool area is small to cold to swim but it clean and the towels were stacked. I would maybe stay again at the right price. Hopefully they can get better cleaning crew who care more.

The lady that checked us in was so friendly & helpful. Our room was extremely clean and cozy. The only "complaint" is that our body wash was empty & couldn't be refilled because there was only the evening desk lady, and she was busy, when we discovered it. She did accomodate by giving us a bar soap and all was well though!
