Best of all worlds would have been to Received all room upgrades plus No need to move from the best room. So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation. Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this and should have promoted this saving. Would have been good for the resort and good for me.
