"My first imporession of the entrance and Lobby is that it feels a little dark. But maybe its intentional to give it a more intimate feel. The staff was excellent. I will give the satff 6 star out of 5 if I can. It doesnt matter if it was a small matter that I ask. They have gone above and beyond and gave it they full attention. If I am ever in the area. I will definitely stay again and will recommend anyone to stay here. Just to experince the Great service and Wonderful staff they have. Much Aloha to you all. "

"Cannot recommend this place enough. Wish we stayed more than 1 night! free ice cream vending machine and lovely onsens that switch between men and women each day that are both gorgeous. Come here to relax, go on beautiful hikes and appreciate life. Plus the breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible with things like unlimited ikura, crab and streak! 119237272/10 "

"Incredible. An amazing setting, secluded and yet convenient for the ropeway, bus and cruise. The staff were so attentive, the massage was sensational, and the onsens were great. Food was great and everything about our stay was perfect."
