"Great hotel "

"What an incredible place! Location, staff, dining and onsen were all amazing!"

"Great onsen, excellent breakfast and spacious room."

"The facility is very old. Especially the bathroom at the own room is not clean and comfortable at all. If the hotel wants to continue the business, it is high time to renew the facility. The buffet style dinner was so so. "

"Pretty nice hotel, dinner was excellent"

"It was a great hotel at a very scenic location. I'm guessing it will be even nicer in winter. We enjoyed the asjacent Ningle Terrace and Kaze no Garden"

"Great resort! A must go if you are travelling with kids"

"We stayed here for two nights. Both dinner and breakfast were fabulous. Although there are fewer options compared to some other Onsens, they rotated food each day. The grilled steak in the dinner was super and it was paired well with the house Cabernet Sauvignon. The location is great for hiking in the autumn and we hiked up the overlook next to the gondola exit. We were surrounded by the majestic mountains including Mount Yotei."
