"We enjoyed our holiday however should point out to you a few issues we had with the arrival arrangements and the property itself. We received our departure information on the Monday 6th June, only 4 days before leaving home. This was too close to our departure. We received another email on 8th mentioning with a code for the key safe in case the Host, Angele couldn't meet us. At no point were we told that she would not be there. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre of town and about 15 minutes from Petite France....perfect location! A beautiful, historic building mixes with modern comfort inside with silent air conditioning, comfortable beds and spotless bathroom. We stayed for three nights in a very comfortable room, it was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly. It is in a great location, not too far from the Motorway and a short drive into Reims. There is a very good restaurant nearby called Le Parvis which is open Monday to Saturday evenings and is in walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, continental of course. We would be happy to stay there again.
