The hotel information could be updated to provide clearer information about additional costs, like linens, transport from rail/airports, which train station is actually closest. A folder including I for on the area would be nice, too, for first time visitors to the area. Still, Markku provided information quickly when we emailed. "

We arrived at 1:30 pm and we’re certain our room was ready as this hotel specifically caters to early morning flight guests who typically are out by 5:00 am. We had to pay an extra $20 to get our room. Not very welcoming or polite. Very disappointed, and, we’re also members of IHG hotels, "
