"I always felt safe with security at the door. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helful. My one bit of unhappiness came when the staff took our washclothes with the towels. Also, the lotion bottle was not refilled and stayed empty for most of our stay."

"I was recommended this hotel by a friend and it was a fantastic choice. Lots of food places around it. Paul’s Cathedral is 200 feet away. All the hop on hop off buses are also less than 3 minute walk away. Millenium bridge is a few hundred feet away and can be walked over to the other side of the Thames. Blackfriars station is nearby. Service in the hotel was good. Got the room cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was good. Ate there daily. Was included in my booking. Free WiFi was available. The area was clean. Hotel concierge service was very helpful. Checked in in the evening and check out at 11am. All painless. "

"Everyone we interacted with at The Grand were professional, courteous, and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and classic. Our suite was spacious and clean. The queen bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and duvet. The sofa bed wasn’t the greatest for comfort and could have used a thicker blanket and better pillows. The only issue was our toilet. It seemed like we had to flush it an inordinate number of times for the toilet paper to go down. We were allowed to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out which allowed us to do more sightseeing. The staff also allowed us to use the club lounge for water, coffee, and hot chocolate! Location: Amazing! Across the street from Trafalgar Square and National Gallery. Walking distance to transportation, lots of restaurants, shopping, theatre, and music. We would 100% stay at the Grand again!"
