"Shower was dirty. Hair on the shower tray and bits on the bottom of the bath. Bed was great and the room was very spacious. Just a little tired and needing a freshen up. Sadly there were very little in the way of amenities and only enough milk for two teas and only one packet of biscuits for three people. Also only towels for two despite three of us booking the room. Very loud delivery from very early below the window which continued until after 7 am. No consideration to the noise made and was excessive. Slow check in but friendly enough. Overall good but not wonderful "

"Staff (morning and night) were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, good pillows. Room service was also very well priced and great food quality (we had light night snack and breakfast). Also good location if you’re coming to the city by train"

### Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square

"The first room I was given had a window onto a dark shaft - the window did not close properly and was so drafty the curtains billowed out. Needless to say, I asked for another room and the staff were good about getting me a better room. The second room was very good. I did not try the pull out bed but it was fine to use as a couch. Linens and towels were fine. Bathroom was very good, shower worked very well. Kitchenette was rudimentary, microwave, tiny fridge, a kettle. Light over the sink did not work. The room was clean but needs a deep clean (like most hotels). Looking at the baseboards in the bedroom and the caulking in the bathroom revealed the need for a deeper clean. The front lobby is beautiful- soaring ceilings, amazing marble floor and walks, but not a chair in sight. One of the highlights of this hotel is their oak panelled living room, with stations for people to work on a laptop as well as a few tables and comfortable chairs and a couple of conversation areas. This room is set up tightly (close quarters) so you’re unlucky if there is someone holding forth doing a business meeting online or a loud group chatting who seem oblivious of the presence of others. Excellent coffee/espresso machine, teas and hot water are complimentary in this room. Access by key card to the living room. The staff were polite, pleasant and accommodating. I would suggest laundry carts so the cleaning staff do not have to carry armfuls of soiled linens and towels down the halls. "
