Fantastic hotel. Very good location minutes from Charles bridge on the not tacky side. Staff couldn't do enough to help. The room was amazing. We had free wifi, an Apple TV with lots of movies and a very good selection of music. There was also an iPad available to browse the Internet.

We've just returned from our first trip to Prague and first stay at this wonderful hotel and can't praise it highly enough! Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. Prior to my arrival they help me organise trips arrange meals as special surprises for my partners visit. on arrival staff could not do enough for you. They even left there work stations to give us a quick tour of the unique monks brewery cave like converted to a bar at the bottom of the hotel. Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury. Perfectly positioned for a short walk to the old town and everything else you could need. Surrounded by restaurants and bakeries. Excellent hotel, very close to the Charles Bridge for easy access to all attractions. Breakfast was very good, and served in an amazing setting. Rooms were clean, and with everything you needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, centrally situated. Within 10 mins walk to charles bridge. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The staff are amazing esp the receptionist. She went out of her way to book us taxis, tours, restaurant reservations, all at good prices. Would definitely stay there again.

We travelled to Prague with friends and were both upgraded to a suite. One of the best rooms we have ever been in. The only trouble we had was the room was too warm as the air conditioning wasn't working properly. However they did correct it very quickly.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location close to all the major attractions, but very quiet around the area, away from traffic and crowds. Will definitely go back.

A fun hotel within easy walking distance of the main tourist sites. Will stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay over New Year. The hotel is classy, very comfortable & well located on the river to get to all the attractions with ease. Our trip was made extra special by all the staff who went the extra mile. I can't recommend this hotel high enough!
