Accommodation top notch, staff couldn't do enough for you, very helpful. Easy to get to all the local landmarks, such a beautiful city. Had a fantastic break, would recommend to all.

A nice hotel, and amazing breakfast selection to fuel a day walking around Prague.

Very good location - in the heart of the city, close to all tourist places. Very old building w/o elevator. Staff was friendly, but did not speak very good English. Breakfast was good, but served a little late - starts at 8:30 am. Room - good size, but not very clean.

All the staff were, without exception, very helpful especially Milos who even arranged afternoon tea and cakes for his British guests. The breakfasts were varied and of very good quality and the cleanliness throughout was impressive. We will stay there again on our next visit.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The go out of the way to make your stay special. The hotel and rooms were beautiful. The hotel and rooms had all the consciences you can ask for. Breakfast that was included was fantastic. We had to leave for the airport at 6am and they packed us a picnic to take with us. The staff was excellent cleaning our room everyday. I would stay at this hotel again.

Clean, classy, comfortable. The only negative is the street noise, but this is due to the location and the number of inebriated tourists walking around in the middle of the night...

Extremely attentive staff throughout our 4 day stay. Helpful with tour selection, money exchange and restaurant picks. Great view of the castle.

Great location and very friendly staff. Basement where breakfast is served is a bit gloomy.

Hotel was in a good location in a small square a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square. However, because our room looked out onto the square it did mean it did get quite noisy at night with people walking through and very early in the mornings with delivery trucks. Room itself was nice and a decent size, although it was a bit tired and could do with being re-painted. The bed wasn't a double, it was just two single beds pushed together. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but they had separate sheets and and covers as well so it may has well have been a twin room. Bathroom was large and seemed newer than the rest of the room with a really good shower and a separate bath too.
