Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means. Then they closed the reception desk an hour before closing time and left us stranded, with no response to our calls, emails, or anything else. They have ruined our trip. We wasted the entire day urgently searching for a new hotel."
