Lovely place and the staff very friendly. They got the balance right and made it feel an up market visit

We had an amazing time staying at Aroa Kainga Bungalows and can't recommend it enough. Jane and Craig were absolutely wonderful hosts—so friendly and incredibly helpful. We arrived in Rarotonga well before check-in time, and they kindly let us settle in early. They were just as accommodating when we checked out, letting us stay a bit longer while we waited for our taxi to the airport. The bungalow itself was great, very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The terrace was fantastic for...

Fabulous hotel in beautiful setting and great staff

Small, quiet 24 roomed adult only hotel with pool and restaurant. Food nice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, most with lagoon view. Would choose again if I came back.

I enjoyed my stay at Aroa Beachside Inn very much. The location is right next to the beach and my unit had an excellent view of the beach and the ocean, as well as views in the other direction to the mountains of Rarotonga. The complex is small, so there aren't many other guests (though everyone I met was nice). It's like having your own private beach. Staff members are very kind and helpful. The Shipwreck Bar, located next to the apartments, is great, with excellent food and drinks (all at...

Nice rooms, great pool, great breakfast and nice hotel events. Staff were great and location awesome

Very friendly owner and staff made everything here run smoothly offering advice on car, scooter and bike hire; places to eat; local music and entertainment. Provided reef shoes and snorkelling masks for free. Enjoyed use of the pool too. Cross the road to a lagoon to enjoy snorkelling and sunsets.

Excellent location. Close enough to airport. Close to boat expedition launch. Close restaurants & cafes. Use of kayaks, paddleboards free. Bike hire available.

The hotel is right on the beach and ground floor rooms (which we had) open directly onto a private patio and then the beach which is golden sand. The lagoon in front of the hotel is very safe and ideal for swimming or snorkelling. The hotel provides free sun loungers, reef shoes, snorkelling equipment and kayaks for guest use. The room was comfortable with modern shower and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The aircon was efficient and very quiet when switched on (even at night)....

Was what we were looking for. Close to muri beach lagoon, air conditioned and clean.

If you're looking for a little piece of heaven in paradise, Club Raro hits the spot. It's adults only so there are no children to be seen and its right on the beach. I spent 5 days here and wished I could have stayed permanently. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. I'll be back!
