"Family friendly"

"The variety of restaurants was limited. We had to go off property to get a nice dinner. The sports bar/entertainment area was terrible. It was always freezing cold where the staff had to wear jackets. For snacks they had old hot dogs like at the 7/11 store and stale nacho chips. We had an oceanfront room where the exterior door was falling off because of the high winds. The view off the balcony had piles of junk and maintenance equipment in plain site. We tried to change hotels and were denied after waiting 2 days for a decision. We will not be returning to this property ever again."

"Resort and stay was beautiful. Food was also very good. The resort staff was very helpful but mind you some of the staff especially housekeeping doesn’t speak any English so have your translation app ready. Also the pools are all warm and jetted not cool."

"The hotel is just great. Rooms are big, clean and illuminated.Pool is chill and not crowded even on weekends. Staff is helpful, and buffet has really good options. I loved the lobby and pool areas. My only comments are that Sol bar (the one by the pool), should open earlier. I needed to wait until 11 am (even on weekends). That makes no sense at all. Additionally, you already have nice music playing by the pool, but bartenders also play their own music really loud, you should pick which kind of music will be playing but not both at the same time, it is annoying."
