I loved everything about this place, staff were all really nice and helpful. The rooms were always cleaned to perfection. The pools were always clean and the food and drinks were delicious. We had a fantastic stay at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel. The beautiful, tropical grounds are immaculately maintained, and the pool area was always clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent every morning. Our casita was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Don't let the short walk to the beach put you off—it's an easy stroll to a quieter section of Palm Beach with amazing views, you can book a palapa the day before, although we always found one available, even when we forgot to book it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The staff is extremely friendly and make accommodations for your every need. We went there for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to ensure my spouse and I. From chocolate covered strawberries to champagne, they made it their mission for this trip to be romantic. Coco Cafe has some really good food. Happy hour by the pool was also really nice. Clean rooms and great location (a block away from the beach). Would love to go back again.

Upon check in we had the opportunity to upgrade our room so we could do the floating breakfast (which was wonderful and so romantic for our honeymoon 💕) and the pool is fabulous and looks just like the pictures. I just simply cannot believe how wonderful this hotel was! Everything was meticulously clean and the landscaping was beautiful! The casitas were well stocked. They provided water bottles and even a pitcher of iced tea upon our arrival. The service here is top notch. The check in process was easy and they explained everything about the property and escorted us to our casita and explained even more. There is a nice shuttle to the beach but the walk is only 3 minutes. The shuttle is nice if you have a packed cooler (which they provide). They provide beach service for drinks and food and the lounge chairs have nice cushions on them! The pools are wonderful and relaxing. They even had a sunset happy hour on the beach Monday night with free drinks and snacks and a saxophone player providing music! I would 100% stay here again and will tell anyone I know of that is planning a trip to Aruba to stay here.

Boardwalk is a beautiful place with an incredible staff that is super-responsive to the guests. The casitas are roomy, have a kitchenette which is really handy for leftovers, etc., and a nice menu for lunch and dinner. The only downside is that it's not right on the ocean--there's a little shuttle that takes you to the beach, or you can walk there in about five minutes. Always enough palapas by the pool and by the beach!
