Such a great property - difficult to find any fault. Extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely gifts when we arrived and left, free laundry service, complimentary massage, fantastic restaurant, beautiful room. Puts virtually any 5 star hotel to shame.

A wonderful boutique hotel. The grounds are tranquil, rooms are beautifully designed. Intimate boutique setting is an absolute pleasure to behold. With perfectly manicured gardens and pool the hotel is a delight to relax in. The spa treatments were lovely. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was always available to meet your needs without being in your face. Property is close to everything and the staff had great recommendations for restaurants. If you go to Angkor Wat you will love this property.

A beautiful hotel. A haven of tranquillity amongst the noise and bustle of Siem Reap. The staff are so helpful and can't do more for you. Lots of little details that make a difference such as the cold towels when returning to the hotel, the beautiful clean pool, the immaculate garden. The breakfast is delicious too. We had dinner at the hotel too which was lovely.

Amazing, attentive service from a staff that genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. They go the extra mile - cold towels whenever you arrive back; water, fruit and cold towels at the pools; free mobile phone; free tut-tut service; they even got my sunglasses repaired. Modern, comfortable rooms; lovely pools; great cooked-to-order breakfast.

Excellent stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, really lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap, located right on the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Great rooms and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, including sorting out tour of the temples. Really lovely experience overall, would fully recommend.

Excellent staff, they go out of their way to serve you! We got picked up at the hotel and i was sick, throwing up in the car. It was only 10am and check in was at 2. The lady who picked us up called the hotel and had our room ready as soon as we got there. Not only they checked us in immediately but sent us complimentary drinks and hot tea! The service is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in before. I definitely recommend it and i will stay there again in the future!

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

Just perfect for escape from busy city life. We had one week of total relaxation, high cuisine, excellent service and perfect weather. I also in love with every bits of their interior and exterior design. This hotel is pure jewel.

We had a really wonderful stay here. A genuine oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap, yet still possible to get to walk (or 3 minute tuk-tuk if you don’t fancy the heat!) to local restaurants etc. staff excellent (very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, but also unobtrusive). And the food at the restaurant is first class.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat. The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. The property was amazing, so peaceful and tranquil. The villas were lovely and perfect for us as a couple. We spent 4 nights for our 30th anniversary. Siem Reap is pretty busy and the hotel was just devine to head back to after a busy day. Having lots of transport options available was also very convenient as well as the free airport pick up and drop off. We loved every moment of our stay at this beautiful secluded paradise on earth. The hotel is very impressive designed and we were stunning at our first arrival. The location is more than perfect of only several minutes to main town and hotel provided us free transport Tuktuk in the evening.
