Great food, amenities and support staff taking care of everything. Absolute star of the resort is Nora, provided top rate service in everything she did, from bookings, reservations and overall customer care. Only negative is noise along any floors of the resort in the mornings. Wooden floors stomping & inconsiderate hotel guests, unable to close balcony or room doors normally, instead of reverberating noise of locks clanging for 4th time until they realise how to unlock a door, as they leave for 6am Temple Tours. Kanika made great recommendations and we took her up on the dinner/ show recommendation and we loved it! She continued to check in with us with a smile and professionalism we really appreciated! She's an asset to the resort! The room was wonderfully spacious and pool area beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. All the staff really can't do enough for you. We had a great time browsing the Persian rugs in the shop and enjoyed chatting to the owner about how the glorious rugs are made. The drinks at the bar were great, all premium options at reasonable prices. The hotel will get you a tuk tuk, book your trips etc whatever you need! Outstanding, attentive and courteous service from all staff. Managers Chiva and Adam were very helpful with check-in and tours. Beautiful property, lush, quiet and very well maintained. Breakfast was definitely what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Pool bar was great to unwind in the evenings, great bartender. The Lotus Blanc Resort is an excellent place to stay for tourists visiting the Temples of Angkor. The rooms are comfortable and larger than most, the breakfast selections are excellent, and the staff are wonderful.
