It was the perfect basecamp for our family of 4 to explore Siem Reap. The staff is lovely and the rooms were clean. They helped us arrange multiple tours and had good restaurant recommendations. On the days we felt like staying close to home the lobby restaurant has a complete menu and some poolside specials. The kids loved the pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. Also, they have a backup generator so the power outages were no problem. Having AC in the room was crucial as the temps were 100+ (40c+). Mr Tola and his staff were absolutely superb! Chanrey and Sreyya at reception, Sophal at the bar, Chhiek Chen at breakfast and the friendly room staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 12 nights and were treated like royalty. The hotel has a fantastic pool, the aircon in the room very efficient and I cannot say enough about the staff. Highly recommended. The hotel is clean and has this cambodian style that made my stay very pleasant. You can go as soon as the next day.
