The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is very central, easily walkable to all the restaurants/bars. Internet was great, I was able to have video calls and never had any issues. This alone makes the hotel worth every penny. The service is the best we had on our entire trip. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful in booking drivers and changing our money. They always greeted us with a smile. The room was large and comfortable and had a balcony. - The hot water in the shower was a bit sporadic - went from hot to cold randomly. Also, the pool is in the shade so it's quite cold, though this could be very refreshing if you've been in the heat for a while.
